Duccio Donati has been appointed EVP, lifestyle and kids for NBCUniversal International.

In the newly created role, Donati will continue to oversee E! Entertainment Television (outside of the U.S.), adding international responsibility for DreamWorks channel to his portfolio.

Further, Donati will collaborate with leaders across NBCUniversal’s global businesses to find opportunities to maximize the company’s lifestyle and kids’ brands, including E!, Bravo, Oxygen and DreamWorks, across the its three international hubs: EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

He will report to Kevin MacLellan, chairman, global distribution and international, NBCUniversal.

“Taking a portfolio approach to managing these two key genres aligns with NBCU’s organizational approach to cable brands in the U.S.,” said MacLellan, in a statement. “Duccio is uniquely positioned to take on this role having had extensive commercial and operational experience across both the licensing and channels business, a track record of success with E! International and an established role connecting NBCU’s international and U.S. brand teams.”

Donati has held the role of EVP, E! & Style since July 2013, after being briefly based in London from 2011 to 2013.

He joined Comcast’s international organization in 1999, covering a number of commercial and operational roles within the organization and became EVP, Comcast International Media Group in January 2010, where he oversaw the international division’s properties.
