A+E Networks UK is launching crime channel Crime + Investigation in Greece this week.

The channel will be available via Greek pay television service Cosmote TV, which reaches 510,000 households across the country. Primetime content will be partially subtitled in Greek during the channel’s initial launch.

The First 48, Escaping Polygamy, The Murder of Laci Peterson and Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath are among the titles premiering on the new channel this month.

“It’s very exciting to be able to launch our world-leading Crime + Investigation channel in Greece,” said Adrian Pilkington (pictured), A+E Networks UK’s SVP commercial strategy and general manager Nordics, Benelux, Middle East and Africa, in a statement. “It’s a fantastic brand, with compelling and quality programming.”

Last week, Cosmote TV launched two channels from international broadcaster Viasat World: Viasat Explorer and Viasat Nature.
