The latest episode of Jimmy Fox’s podcast, Unscripted and Unprepared, is now available via iTunes and Stitcher, and features Eli Lehrer, EVP of programming for A+E Networks’ History.

In this episode, two months into his new position overseeing programming at History, Eli Lehrer sits down with Jimmy to talk through the various stops along his career path. Starting out as an assistant to high profile personalities George Stephanopoulos and Michael Ovitz, Eli then moved to the network side where he has grown to become one of the most seasoned executives in the unscripted game with stops at VH1, Bravo, Lifetime, MTV2, MTV and now History.

Unscripted and Unprepared, produced by Jimmy Fox in partnership with realscreen, began in late June 2016, and has so far featured interviews with Thom Beers, Mark Itkin, Jonathan Koch, Ben Silverman, Jane Latman, Heather Olander, David Eilenberg, and Vinnie Malhotra, among many others.

Fox’s production credits include the Emmy-winning CNN series United Shades of America, CNBC’s Make Me a Millionaire Inventor and Investigation Discovery’s Is O.J. Innocent: The Missing Evidence.

With Main Event Media, credits include Spike’s true-crime series It Was Him: The Many Murders of Ed Edwards, as well as the unscripted comedy, Hollywood Darlings for POP.
