Discovery Communications-owned lifestyle channel TLC is readying a new wedding-focused series.

Say Yes: Wedding SOS focuses on couples who are prepping for upcoming nuptials, but have let themselves go while trying to tackle everyday challenges such as balancing kids and work.

In the debut episode, a couple who have been together for eight years decide to tie the knot. However, with a new baby in the family, they haven’t had time to focus on themselves, let alone plan a wedding.

In each hour-long episode, a couple is provided with a head-to-toe makeover. Style expert George Kotsiopoulos works with the bride and groom on everything from clothes fittings, to laser hair removal, to corrective eye surgery. The partners will meet each other at the altar in front of their friends and family, sporting their new looks.

Say Yes: Wedding SOS is produced by Say Yes to the Dress creators Half Yard Entertainment. It premieres as part of TLC’s Saturday night wedding block on Jan. 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
