All3Media America has launched a new prodco responsible for developing unscripted content.

Woodman Park Productions, which will sit under the multi-label All3Media America banner, will be led by Jacob Cohen-Holmes.

Cohen-Holmes has spent the last five years on All3Media America’s senior management team and most recently served as executive VP of development and current programming, and as the head of digital content.

During his  tenure with the company, he oversaw the production of nearly 1,000 hours of original programming for All3Media, a Discovery Communications- and Liberty Global-owned company.

While at All3Media, Cohen-Holmes’ production credits include CNN’s Emmy-award winning United Shades of America, USA Network’s Chrisley Knows Best and Bravo’s forthcoming Relative Success with Tabatha Coffey.

He will continue to exec produce CNN’s Declassified, Investigation Discovery’s Betrayed and Facebook Live’s Gameday Commute.

Prior to joining All3Media America, Cohen-Holmes spent a decade as a producer working on such series as, The Girls Next Door, Snoop Dogg’s Fatherhood, Mind of Mencia,  America’s Best Dance Crew, and Crash Course with Richard Hammond.

Woodman Park Productions joins All3Media as the conglomerate’s latest production studio, joining the likes of fledgling shop Main Event Media, Betty, Lime Pictures, Objective Media Group, Optomen, Lion Television, Raw TV, Studio Lambert, Neal Street Productions, and Studio Ramsay.

“It’s never been more important to develop content that cuts through so I am excited to have the chance to build a new company and a slate of programming that will do just that,” said Cohen-Holmes in a statement. “I am thrilled with this new opportunity within All3Media America. I am eager to build a strong team and develop a new slate of shows that will add to the ongoing success.”

“Jacob is an integral part of the All3Media America team and under his leadership, we know that his new company will be a huge success.” added All3Media America CEO Greg Lipstone.
