We want to send a big thank you to everyone who participated in our contest and helped make it a success!

And special congratulations to John Hesse, the winner of the Grand Prize in our Realscreen Summit Sweepstakes – winning registration to Realscreen Summit 2018, accommodations at the Marriott Marquis in Washington D.C. and $500.

After 40+ years in the production and executive management arena, including producing and directing projects for Osmond Entertainment, Syndication, HBO, The Nashville Network, international distributors, and PBS, John Hesse re-established his former production company in 2012, John Hesse Productions LLC, to develop and produce content for national and international distribution.

Recently Hesse served as the Executive Producer for the award-winning PBS documentary James Baker: The Man Who Made Washington Work (2015). Prior to that, he was the Executive Producer for two other award-winning PBS documentaries about the Berlin Wall, The Wall – A World Divided (2009), and After the Wall – A World United (2010). He currently has numerous projects in various stages of development for both domestic and international production and distribution.

Hesse says “I am looking forward to attending Realscreen again, allowing me to reconnect and network with my colleagues in the factual arena. Thank you again Realscreen for the opportunity!”
