NBCUniversal-owned cable network Bravo Media is taking a behind-the-scene’s look at the creation of the J.D. Lawrence play Your Husband Is Cheating on Us.

The docuseries, also titled Your Husband Is Cheating on Us, follows Lawrence – producer, director and playwright – and his theater company as they launch the stage production.

Produced by Hot Snakes Media and Who’s Laughing Now, Inc., the docuseries will document Lawrence’s efforts to mount the stage play production, with obstacles including moving the cast into a single house and injecting real-life experiences from their lives into his script.

With love affairs and long-standing rivalries, Your Husband Is Cheating on Us aims to lift the curtain on the backstage dramatics of producing a theatrical performance.

Featured in both the stage play and docuseries are Ginuwine, D’atra Hicks, Tondy Gallant, Lia Grant, Kristen Plati and Jermaine Sellers.

Executive producers on the series include Eric Evangelista, Shannon Evangelista, Sean Rankine, Dane Joseph and J.D. Lawrence. Glenda N. Cox and Tiffany Mills serve as co-executive producers.

Your Husband Is Cheating on Us premieres April 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, and moves to Friday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT beginning April 13.
