BBC’s blue chip natural history docuseries Blue Planet II and Raw TV’s Chris Packham: Asperger’s and Me are among the factual programs to receive nominations from the British Academy Television Craft Awards this year.

The awards honor the very best behind-the-scenes talent working in television across multiple professions, including directing, editing, photography and more.

BBC Studios Natural History Unit’s Blue Planet II (pictured) leads with five nominations this year amongst factual titles. The critically-acclaimed series is nominated in the Editing: Factual, Sound: Factual, Photography: Factual and Titles & Graphic Identity categories.

Meanwhile, Raw TV’s Chris Packham: Asperger’s and Me for BBC2 has picked up two nominations in the Director: Factual and Editing: Factual categories. The program offers an inside look into the broadcaster and naturalist’s autistic world.

The winners will be announced on April 22 at an awards ceremony hosted by English actor Stephen Mangan at The Brewery in London.
