Discovery, Inc.-owned lifestyle network HGTV is prepping a new home renovation series from North Hollywood-based reality prodco Pie Town Productions

Titled Rustic Rehab (pictured), the 8 x 30-minute series features real estate investors and expert home duo David and Chenoa Rivera who transform outdated properties near Northern California’s Sierra Nevada Mountains into idyllic family homes.

In the series premiere, the couple purchases a large, dilapidated house deep in California’s woods. The house is filled with dry rot and littered with garbage, but the Rivera’s are determined to turn the property into something beautiful by giving the rundown property a complete overhaul with sleek, modern finishes and an oversized master bathroom shower to attract buyers.

Executive producers on the series for Pie Town Productions are Tara Sandler, Jennifer Davidson, Susan Gibson and Matthew Rose.

Rustic Rehab premieres April 26, at 11 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
