A development deal will see Flipping Out prodco Authentic Entertainment partner with recently established Kronicle Media on female-driven unscripted content that aims to inspire and empower.

The character-driven programming will include both documentary and unscripted projects.

Authentic is a subsidiary of Endemol Shine America, and recently brought Trading Spaces back to TLC, while Kronicle was formed last year by former Will Packer Productions head of television Korin D. Huggins (pictured, right) and former director of current programming and development, Monique Nash (pictured, left).

“We share a common passion to bring creative voices to light and this is such an exciting time for women to work with other women, since we are the most engaged audience,” said Lauren Lexton, CEO and co-founder of Authentic, in a statement.
