Irish prodco ShinAwil has taken the local format rights to Israeli producer-distributor Armoza Formats’ game show Catch.
The winner of Armoza’s 2012 Formagination format competition, Catch (30 x 60 minutes) pits contestants against one another in trivia gameplay where competitors don’t answer questions – they catch them.
The show revolves around a touch-screen LED floor that reacts to the competitors’ steps as they make their way through three rounds of trivia and physical challenges where the fastest answers will catch and eliminate the competition until the last contestant is standing. The last round sees a chance for the finalist to double their winnings again or leave empty-handed.
