NBCUniversal owned-Bravo Media has added eight unscripted series to its development slate, including Real Housewives of the 1960sRaising the Bar: Hong Kong and the Meet the Patels-inspired Will You Marry Us. All series listed currently have working titles.

The Real Housewives franchise is getting a new spin, with a new time period being the focus, instead of a location. Real Housewives of the 1960s brings a cast of modern women to live in a cul-de-sac of authentic Sixties homes, and live the life of that era, where “men made the money, women made the home,” and there were no digital distractions. Produced by Wall to Wall, Leanne Klein and Rob White serve as executive producers.

Pilgrim Media Group’s Will You Marry Us is inspired by Ravi Patel’s doc Meet the Patels (pictured), and sees five single friends from Philadelphia going on a cross-continent search to meet their perfect match using arranged marriage techniques and surrendering control of their dating lives to their loved ones. Craig Piligian and Ravi Patel are executive producers.

Raising the Bar: Hong Kong, produced by Monkey, follows a group of expat American friends who are nightlife power players living in Hong Kong. The unscripted series follows the friends enjoying parties, island hopping, and taking career risks. William Macdonald and David Granger are executive producers.

The Truly Original series Gold with Envy follows DJ Envy, the host of the syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club, and his wife Gia. Also featured in the series are their staff, friends, extended family and five kids. Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh and Lauren Eskelin are executive producers.

NorthSouth Productions’ Beverly Hills Driving School follows Los Angeles-based driving instructors as they help the rich and famous get their driving licenses. Charlie DeBevoise, Brad Kohlenstein and Lisa Kleinman are executive producers.

Produced by 3 Ball Entertainment, Pampered Campers follows former NFL player Dhani Jones as he takes pampered celebrities and “Bravo-lebrities” out of their comfort zones on a wilderness adventure. Todd A. Nelson, Ross Weintraub, DJ Nurre and Jeff Altrock serve as executive producers.

Flying High, from T Group, is an occu-series looking at the world of pilots and flight attendants who work on multi-million dollar private jets and cater to jet-setting guests. Jenny Daly and Rob Lobl are executive producers.

Also on the slate is Bird Brain’s prank show Your Shitty Family, in which family members compete with each other via pranks they have devised.

“With this new slate of development, we’re testing unexpected environments and loud formats that aim to attract a wide audience while staying true to what makes Bravo so distinct,” said Rachel Smith, SVP Development, Bravo Media., in a statement.
