We are pleased to announce that the upcoming 10th anniversary edition of Realscreen West will host a special case study of the return of TLC’s iconic series “Trading Spaces” on Wednesday, June 6 at 4:15pm.

Reboots are all the rage these days, both in the scripted and unscripted genres. Reviving familiar properties can be a surefire way to generate buzz before the premiere, but once people tune in, the show has to appeal to fans of the original and new audiences. How much of the “DNA” of the original should you retain, and how much do you dare to freshen up for a new generation of viewers? This session will provide a special case study of TLC’s Trading Spaces. Learn from execs and talent behind the series about the strategy behind bringing the updated version to life.
