British chef and modern media mogul Jamie Oliver is joining the Media Mastermind keynote lineup at entertainment content market MIPCOM.
On October 15, Oliver (pictured) will reflect on his two decades in the television industry and career highlights from his shows, including The Naked Chef, Jamie & Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast and Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food. With more than 35 titles broadcast in 182 territories, the BAFTA and Emmy award-winning chef will reflect on how he retains global relevance, what inspires him, and what his long-term hopes and ambitions are.
Also joining MIPCOM’s Media Mastermind roster in Cannes is Twitter’s vice president and global head of content partnerships, Kay Madati. On October 16, during his keynote presentation dubbed “#ContentIsHappening,” Madati will share the stage with executives from global media companies to discuss how content moves in a multi-platform world.
The Media Mastermind Keynotes line-up also includes Tim Davie, CEO of BBC Studios and Josh Sapan, president and CEO of AMC Networks.
This year, MIPCOM takes as its overarching conference theme “The Big Shift,” which will delve into the industry shifts affecting content creation, distribution and monetization.
MIPCOM 2018 takes place in Cannes, France, from Oct. 15-18.
