British pubcaster BBC2 is prepping a special one-off episode of Family Favourites from Bristol-based indie Hungry Gap Productions.

Nadiya’s Family Celebration (w/t; 1 x 60 minutes) will be hosted by 2015 The Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain (pictured), who will share ideas for party food.

Hussain will travel around the UK meeting people planning to host their own celebrations while also entertaining for her friends and family.

Pete Lawrence of Hungry Gap Productions is the executive producer on the special. It was commissioned by Patrick Holland, controller, BBC2, and David Brindley, head of commissioning, popular factual and factual entertainment. The commissioning editor is Ricky Cooper.
