Former All3Media America CEO Greg Lipstone has joined Los Angeles-based indie studio and Lore producer Propagate Content as president.

Lipstone joins Propagate during a time when the studio plans on expanding its worldwide production, distribution and digital divisions, including the creation of an IP incubation hub. In August 2018, Propagate teamed with Formata Produções, a Brazilian production company, to develop and coproduce original content.

During Lipstone’s tenure position as CEO at All3Media America, he oversaw the company’s daily operations as well as the studios under its corporate portfolio, including Studio Lambert and Maverick. Lipstone was nominated for a 2016 Emmy Award for his work on CBS’s Undercover Boss and took home the prize for the All3Media/CNN Original series United Shades of America this year.

Prior to joining All3Media America, Lipstone was a founding partner and board member at talent and literary agency ICM Partners where he shepherded the agency’s international television and media department. His clients included All3Media America, LMNO Productions, and Original Media, among others. He is responsible for packaging such hits as Dancing With the StarsHell’s Kitchen, Undercover Boss, Top Gear and Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

Prior to ICM Partners, Lipstone worked at the William Morris Agency for 21 years, moving up to head the agency’s network television department in 2004

The executive is also an associate member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and a member of the boards of directors for NATPE and the Hollywood Radio & Television Society (HRTS).

“As we look to expand our global production imprint and continue to launch new creative ventures, his relationships, creative instincts, business acumen and understanding of international markets will make him a huge asset,” said Propagate Co-CEOs Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens, in a joint statement.
