NBCUniversal-owned lifestyle network Bravo Media has provided a November air date for two previously announced home and design series.

Buying it Blind (pictured), produced by Kinetic Content, part of the Red Arrow Studios family, follows six couples who hand their real estate decision – and money – over to an expert team consisting of Atlanta real estate agent Anna Kilinski, contractor Jen Metzger and designer Michel Smith Boyd.

Unwilling to compromise or commit to major decisions, couples will hand over their financial and creative control to the trio of experts who will purchase a home without the couple ever having seen it. Following an initial reveal, the team will get to work on a series of renovations with custom design elements to transform the property into the couple’s dream home.

The series is the latest adaptation of the Buying Blind format, originally created by Kinetic Content and represented by Red Arrow Studios International, and now sold to eight territories globally, including the U.S., Australia, the Netherlands and France among others.

Kinetic’s Chris Coelen, Eric Detwiler, Katie Griffin, Rob Zimmerman and Jenifer Faison serve as executive producers. Shea Spencer is co-exec producer.

Evolution Media’s Sweet Home, meanwhile, follows interior designer Jennifer Welch as she executes a high-end, creative design vision for remodeled homes across Oklahoma City.

The hour-long series follows Welch and her dedicated team – Alex Hodges, Sarah Moll and Sabah Khan – at Jennifer Welch Designs as they transform lackluster homes and offices into unique spaces. The series will also profile Welch’s “happily unmarried” relationship with ex-husband Josh Welch and her bond with best friend Angie “Pumps” Sullivan.

Douglas Ross, Alex Baskin, Jennifer Morton and Brian McCarthy are EPs for Evolution Media with, Matthew Rose listed as co-EP.

Buying it Blind and Sweet Home premiere on Nov. 2 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 10 p.m. ET/PT, respectively.
