UK-based superindie Argonon Group has acquired full ownership of London and Bristol-based television producer BriteSpark Films.
The business, a joint venture between Argonon Group and Nick Godwin, creative director and co-founder of BriteSpark, was launched in 2013. Since then, the company has received a range of commissions from major networks including Channel 4, Channel 5 and Investigation Discovery.
BriteSpark’s titles include Manchester’s Serial Killer for Channel 4 and Diamond Geezers and Gold Dealers for ITV.
Godwin will continue in his role as creative director and will be looking to build the executive team in the coming year.
