Shaun Parry has been named chief creative officer at London-based TV and digital prodco Youngest Media.

Parry (pictured) will oversee Youngest’s creative output and strategy while working closely with co-founders David Flynn and Lucas Church.

He was formerly creative director of Sony-backed indie prodco Electric Ray, where his credits include BBC2′s Million Pound Menu, sold to Netflix; ITV2′s reality show Bromans; C4′s Alone at Home; and BBC1′s Doodlebugs.

Before joining Electric Ray, he served as head of entertainment at Endemol UK, where he co-created BBC1′s award-winning quiz show Pointless and ITV2′s Almost Impossible Gameshow.

“Shaun’s a brilliant, versatile creative and executive producer,” said Flynn, in a statement. “He’s excited by great ideas whatever the genre and has developed successful shows across factual entertainment, entertainment and comedy. I’m lucky to have worked with him in the past to create hits and I’m looking forward to what we can come up with together in the future.”
