Discovery-owned lifestyle network TLC in the UK has commissioned a one-hour documentary special exploring British reality star Vicky Pattison’s break up from fiancé John Noble.
Pattison (pictured) and Noble were originally set to star in a TLC special documenting their wedding, but Pattison instead started shooting Vicky Pattison: The Break Up (w/t) after their sudden break up last month.
The special will offer intimate access to the Geordie Shore and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star as she moves on with her life after the split.
Vicky Pattison: The Break Up is produced by Angel Eye Media. It was ordered by TLC’s Clare Laycock and commissioned by Charlotte Reid. Deirdre Dowling serves as executive producer for TLC, and Richard Osborne and Jane Dibblin are exec producers for Angel Eye Media.
“We’re privileged that Vicky has chosen TLC to take this journey with her as she experiences something that sadly many of us can relate to,” said Laycock, VP head of brands, Quest Red, TLC, ID and Food Network, in a statement. “The film will provide an honest insight into Vicky’s real life and her resilient character, capturing everything from the lows of her emotionally raw moments to the highs of Vicky’s infectious and vivacious personality.”
The special premieres Jan. 30 on TLC.
