Cleo TV, black entertainment network TV One’s lifestyle and entertainment brand marketed to millennial and Gen X women of color, is launching a profile series to highlight the personal stories and voices of influential women of color.

Cleo Speaks will give speakers a platform to share their unique experiences and perspectives on issues facing millennial and Gen X women of color today. The talks offer personal and professional insights, with covered topics including motherhood, fashion, relationships, wellness, politics, arts, social justice and business.

Featured speakers include activist Tamika Mallory; CEO and founder of CURLS Beauty Brands Mahisha Dellinger; activist and #OscarsSoWhite founder April Reign; Sprinkle of Jesus founder Dana Chanel; activist and co-founder of Black Lives Matter Alicia Garza; co-host of Sway in The Morning and founder of She’s Beauty and The Beast Tracy Garraud; and more.

The series is produced by Ruby Red Inc., with Gina Holland and Martine Charles serving as executive producers, and Jason Ryan serving as executive producer in charge of production for TV One. Robyn Greene Arrington is VP of original programming and production.

As previously announced, Cleo TV officially launches Jan. 19.

Cleo Speaks is slated to premiere in February on Cleo TV.
