Canadian-based content creator marblemedia has hired Donna Luke as vice president of production.

In her new role, Luke will be responsible for overseeing production and business affairs for marblemedia and its international distribution company, Distribution 360.

Luke is a seasoned producer and television exec, with extensive experience in financial and business management and international production. Her most recent credits include serving as a supervising producer on marblemedia’s artisan competition series ​Blown Away, ​launching on Netflix and Blue Ant Media-owned lifestyle specialty channel Makeful in Canada later this year.

Before joining marblemedia, Luke was a supervising producer and line producer on a variety of programs that include ​CityTV’s The Bachelorette Canada​ and Canada’s Next Top Model, Global’s Project Runway and ​Slice’s The Real Housewives of Toronto.

Prior to working in Canada, Luke worked on the BAFTA-nominated ​Edwardian Country House​ and spent eight years at BBC Television in the UK in management positions across various divisions, including BBC’s acclaimed natural history unit.
