Entertainment agency Lucas Alexander Whitley (LAW) and factual television management company Factual Management have joined forces to create The Soho Agency.

LAW and Factual Management partnered in 2017 and have now founded Soho to bring together their current literary and talent management and provide the structure for future development.

“We are proud to represent superb talent and IP creators, including authors of fiction, non-fiction and children’s books, TV presenters, illustrators, writers for stage and screen, brands, companies, charities, and online stars,” said Philippa Milnes-Smith, managing director of the Soho Agency, in a statement.

“Whilst remaining a boutique agency, we look forward to building on our success to develop fresh initiatives and markets on behalf of our clients across an increasingly diverse range of media. From our new home in the heart of Soho we aim to augment the existing team — Mark Lucas, Julian Alexander, Araminta Whitley, Sophie Laurimore, Philippa Milnes-Smith, Ben Clark, Carina Rizvi and Alice Saunders — with agents and partners who share our values.”

The Soho Agency will officially open on Feb 25.
