CNN Films’ Apollo 11 and Peter Jackson’s acclaimed World War I archive doc They Shall Not Grow Old were among the winners at the FOCAL International Awards, held in London on June 20.

Apollo 11 took the honor for best use of footage in a history feature, while Jackson’s film, which made use of restored and colorized rare archive, was given the award for best use of footage in a cinematic feature.

Elsewhere in the presentation, hosted by comedian Zoe Lyons, director Julien Temple received the lifetime achievement award, with rolling Stone Keith Richards providing a video message of congratulations.
