Realscreen is pleased to launch the next edition of the Pathways Mentorship Program, providing an exciting opportunity for industry members to gain professional development through mentorship opportunities and complimentary access to the Realscreen Summit. The program is tailor-made for individuals who are looking to pivot their career, whether you aspire to go from producer to showrunner, from producer to network exec, or from network exec to owner of your own production company.

Realscreen has assembled an A-list team of mentors who will be paired with a selected finalist to provide guidance and feedback to aid the mentees in their professional development. Mentors confirmed for the 2020 Pathways Mentorship Program are: David Brady, CEO, Cream Productions; Stephen Land, founder and CEO, Jupiter Entertainment; Robyn Lattaker-Johnson, head of development, Revolt TV; Laura Marshall, CEO, Icon Films; and Colleen Needles Steward, president and CEO, Tremendous! Entertainment.

As part of the program, the mentors will provide to their mentees: a pre-event call to prepare for the Realscreen Summit and discuss goals; two face-to-face meetings at the Summit to see how they are progressing at the Summit; and a post-event check-in to debrief about their Summit experience and discuss next steps.
