Odyssey Impact-owned prodco Transform Films has partnered with Nashville-based producer-distributor TH Entertainment to co-develop and produce a series of documentaries on trailblazing women.

Each film will focus on a different topic, with an overarching theme that shines a light on larger cultural issues and the challenges and triumphs of society.

“We are in the midst of one of the most important times ever for women. TH Entertainment is honored to be a part of the creative team behind this project, that takes a groundbreaking and revelatory look at women disruptors,” TH Entertainment co-producers’ Barbara Hall and Beverly Keel said in a statement.

Transform’s recent films include Serving Life (OWN), Milwaukee 53206 (PBS), The Rape of Recy Taylor (Starz) and the upcoming Run for His Life. The company also won a Peabody Award for its film Newtown (PBS), about the aftermath of the horrific Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting in 2012.
