Discovery-owned home improvement and lifestyle pay-TV channel HGTV is launching a new series with home renovating husband-and-wife duo Dave and Jenny Marrs.

Fixer to Fabulous sees Jenny (pictured left) and Dave (right) Marrs overhauling some of Northwest Arkansas’ oldest homes, including rickety Victorian estates and crumbling Colonials, all while raising four young children and managing their family farm.

The series is produced by RIVR Media, with Dee Haslam and Lori Stryer executive producing, and Stephanie Ellis co-executive producing.

“Our town is full of old houses that need someone to fix them up and make them a home again,” said Jenny Marrs in a statement.

“There is literally not a better feeling than finishing a house for someone that you know is going to live there for a long, long time,” added Dave Marrs.

Fixer to Fabulous premieres Oct. 22 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
