Discovery-owned true crime cable net Investigation Discovery (ID) has ordered a new series about crimes kept all in the family, set to premiere next week.

Relatively Evil is a six-part series, with each episode exploring a different crime that sees family dynamics playing a key role. Each of the six crimes includes a pool of suspects all from within the implicated families.

The premiere episode sees Florida couple Joey and Mark building a life together, but it all comes crashing down when family resentments end in a murder, following the birth of their son. Later episodes include everything from violent home invasions to crime sprees to death by cold medicine to long-lost siblings.

Relatively Evil is produced for ID by Half Yard Productions, a Red Arrow Studios company.

Sean Gallagher and Nicole Sorrenti serve as executive producers for Half Yard. For Investigation Discovery, Ron Simon is executive producer, Sara Kozak is SVP of production, Kevin Bennett is general manager, and Henry Schleiff is group president of Investigation Discovery, Travel Channel, American Heroes Channel and Destination America.

The series premieres Oct. 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ID.
