Discovery-owned, home makeover cable net HGTV is set to premiere a new renovation show set in San Diego next month.

In Hot Properties: San Diego, realtor Seth O’Byrne, real estate agent Mia Tidwell and contractor Andrew White help home-owners renovate and sell their properties in the highly competitive Southern California housing market.

Their strategies combine expert renovations with unconventional promotional stunts — including transporting potential buyers to a house via private yacht, and installing a putting green and tiki bar in another — to wow clients and deliver top dollar.

The series is produced by Painless Productions, with Jim Casey, David DeAngelis and Ross Kaiman serving as executive producers.

“From spectacular renovations to outrageous open houses — we’ll get our clients the best deals possible,” said O’Byrne (pictured left).

Hot Properties: San Diego premieres Nov. 3 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
