All3Media’s Studio Lambert has struck a development deal with Izzie Pick Ibarra, showrunner and executive producer for Fox’s The Masked Singer, to develop unscripted formats.

“I have so many ideas I’m passionate about, which is why I’m so excited to have found a brilliant place to grow my ideas into hit shows,” Pick Ibarra said in a statement.

Hailing from the UK, the executive moved to the U.S. 15 years ago to launch Dancing With the Stars. Since then, she has served as a development consultant and producer for NBCUniversal and UTV, as an EVP for Ryan Seacrest Productions and an SVP for BBC Worldwide.

Stephen Lambert, the prodco’s CEO, said in a statement Pick Ibarra “knows how to turn a good idea into a mega hit.”

“We’re delighted she has agreed to develop and produce her new ideas with us and to help sell and oversee some of our ideas as well. Jack Burgess, who runs our LA office, Tim Harcourt, our creative director, and I are all hugely looking forward to working with her on making some amazing television,” Lambert added.

With offices in London, Manchester and Los Angeles, Studio Lambert is currently producing the reality series The Circle, debuting on Netflix early 2020, as well as the new game show The Hustler for ABC with Craig Ferguson.
