TVProSiebenSat.1-owned Red Arrow Entertainment Group has acquired majority stakes in two unscripted production companies, taking over UK-based indie NERD TV and Israel-based July August Productions.

Spike TV sets June date for eviction series “World’s Worst Tenants”
