Top wine critic and author, Monty Waldin, has decided to put his money where his mouth is. More accustomed to (harshly) judging the efforts of others, Waldin has set out to open his own biodynamic vineyard in France and show everyone how it's done. His challenge is to turn four hectares of land into a top vineyard in only one year, doing all the work himself.
