Below ZERO seeking docs on life above Arctic Circle

The new international pitching session, Below ZERO, is open for proposals on documentary projects dealing with life above the Arctic Circle. Held in Tromsø, Northern Norway from January 14-17, filmmakers who have projects with broad international appeal and tied thematically to the Northern Polar region are welcome to submit proposals until the closing date of November 14.
