Target nabs Dreamworks executive as new head of licensing

London-based Target Entertainment Group, an international production and rights' management company, has named Samantha Kelly to head of licensing. Her new duties will include managing the licensing team and key categories in the UK market, and implementing the UK and international licensing and merchandising strategies across all properties. Shre will bring her experiences from Dreamworks Animation Consumer Products, where she was head of European licensing and promotions.
