UKTV announces Blighty launch date

UKTV People will launch as Blighty on February 17, continuing the broadcaster's rebrand to future-proof its business. Following the rebrand of UKTV's entertainment portfolio as Dave, G.O.L.D., Watch and Alibi, the revamped channel will celebrate Britain and all its quirks and complexities with programs such as Who Do You Think You Are? and Louis Theroux Meets.... Eden launches on January 26th and UKTV History will rebrand to Yesterday later in March. For more information see the release.

Andrew Tracy joined Realscreen as associate editor in 2021, following 17 years as managing editor of the award-winning international film magazine Cinema Scope.
