Parthenon Entertainment Group has invested in Canada, announcing a minority stake in Halifax-based prodco Arcadia Entertainment. The deal means that Parthenon has a Canadian production partner for its international distribution and production business and adds 50 hours of additional programming each year to Parthenon's slate. The bonus for Arcadia is a boost in presence in Canada and internationally, as well as a first-look option for exclusive international distribution rights on all original Arcadia productions.
