Michael Hoff Productions has opened a New York office to be headed up by Jessica Winchell Morsa. Winchell Morsa previously supervised production at MHP before moving to Atlas Media Corp where she was manager of programming and Engel Entertainment where she was supervising producer. MHP's program Extreme Forensics, which has been renewed by Investigation Discovery, will be the flagship production for the new office. Winchell Morsa will report to Ashley Adams, to MHP's director of production.
