Canwest Global Communications denies media reports that it has begun attempts to sell off its controlling stake in Network Ten. An Australian news report said Canwest was looking to raise $258 million by shopping its 56.6% share in Australia's Network Ten, but a spokesman for Canwest calls the report 'sheer speculation.'
