RTS launches 2009 Educational Television Awards

The call for entries is underway for the 2009 Educational Television Awards, presented by The Royal Television Society (RTS). The awards, now in their 28th year, acknowledge the best in educational programming from independent producers and broadcasters. Content eligible for entry ranges from material created for schools to factual education-oriented TV in arts, science and life skills. Entries must have first been transmitted between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 in the UK. Entries must be submitted by April 17, 2009. To request an entry form, go to www.rts.org.uk.
