AMC has announced a new primetime ob-doc series from director Brett Morgan, True West. The series looks at cowboys dealing with their dying way of life. The non-scripted series is a departure from AMC's scripted programming, and is a move by the US cable net to broaden audiences. AMC also presented a new slogan of 'Story matters here.'
