Chance Patterson has been named the VP of international communications at Discovery Networks International. Patterson's responsibilities include the development and implementation of all communications strategies for Discovery Networks International, and he will provide communications counsel to the international leadership team. Previously, Patterson was VP of corporate communications and public affairs at Sirius XM Radio.
