Discovery Networks International has announced the launch of Discovery HD Theater on the Sky platform in Brazil this month, marking the first Discovery HD offering in Latin America. The programming available on Sky will be based around four core genres: Travel and World Cultures; Natural History and Human Adventure; Science and Technology; and High Definition Specials.
