A new Mike Fleiss production for CBS is putting a neighborhood in Atlanta behind a massive wall. With the working title of Block Party, the concept is that eight families will be trapped in their own homes for about three weeks, blocked by the wall and if they leave, they will give up the chance to win an unspecified large cash prize.
