‘Skin’ takes Best Doc award at CFC Worldwide Short Film Fest

Australian director Rhys Graham won the Best Documentary Short title for his documentary Skin, about a man who wants to preserve his tattooed skin, covered in the artwork of artist Ex de Medici, after he dies. The Best Animated Short title went to animated doc Slaves (Slavar) by Hanna Heilborn and David Aronowitsch from Sweden and Denmark. Their 15-minute film tells the stories of young Abouk and Machiek, who were enslaved by the Sudanese militia.
