IMG exploring potential sale for Darlow Smithson and Tiger Aspect

IMG Media has released a statement saying it has hired advisory firm The Raine Group to 'explore strategic alternatives for Tiger Aspect and Darlow Smithson.' The statement goes on to say that the companies are 'assessing various alternatives, including a potential sale.' When asked for further details about potential buyers or more particulars about whether the companies would be offered for sale as a package, individually or both, an IMG spokesperson said 'we do not comment on speculation about acquisitions, divestitures, buyers or valuations.'
