BBC Worldwide Channels Asia has a new distribution deal with pay-TV operator Hong Kong Cable. By the end of 2009, four BBC-branded thematic channels will launch on the platform. BBC Knowledge leads the way, launching on October 29th, followed by BBC Entertainment, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies, which will launch at year-end. They will join BBC World News which is already available on the platform.
