Time is of the essence if you're planning on submitting entries to the 2010 FOCAL Awards, to be held at London's Lancaster Hotel on April 27. If you've researched or licensed archive or library stock footage in any type of production premiered in 2009; handled, restored or preserved remarkable archive or stock footage images this past year or want to nominate someone for their contribution to the footage industry, you have until Dec. 1 to get your submissions in to FOCAL.
