BBC Worldwide and All3Media partner on prodco

Tower Productions is the newest addition to BBC Worldwide's growing local network. The Cologne-based production company, not to be confused with Chicago-based Towers Productions, is a joint venture between ALL3MEDIA Deutschland GmbH and BBC Worldwide, and will produce BBC Worldwide formats in Germany and develop its own formats. The new production company will be headed up by Stefan Oelze, management board member of ALL3MEDIA German subsidiary, MME MOVIEMENT AG, and Dr. Markus Schäfer, managing director of ALL3MEDIA Deutschland GmbH, who will both work with Colin Jarvis, BBC Worldwide's director of international formats.
