Shed Media buyout talks continue

Shed Media is in advanced talks for a buyout with a private media consortium, reports the Sunday Times. The UK indie group that has Wall to Wall, Ricochet and Twenty Twenty under its umbrella is working with Bowmark Capital and Darwin Private Equity on a takeover. Shed management has already launched two unsuccessful takeover attempts this year. Shed Media had revenues of £82m in 2008 and a before tax profit of £12m.
