Content distributor Digital Rights Group (DRG) has announced its first acquisition from UK-based prodco Mandrill Television with fact ent series The Real A&E. DRG's specialist lifestyle, entertainment and reality division, iD Distribution, will handle the international distribution of the program which follows an Accident and Emergency department and air ambulance crew. DRG has already finalized deals with TV2 Denmark in Scandinavia and Kanal 5 in Sweden. The 30x30-minute HD series was original produced by Mandrill for Sky Channel.
